OrderHound brings business and order context together with email support workflows. AI assistance can use message details and related order information to help with those workflows.

Connections you configure
- Email connections for reading incoming messages and preparing or sending responses you direct
- Account credentials and supported authorization tokens stored in Windows Credential Manager
- Support for local AI, with optional user-configured external AI providers
External AI processing of personally identifying information requires enabling the relevant setting. Review your provider's terms and privacy practices before enabling it.
Email access and your data
When you connect an email account, OrderHound uses incoming message details and relevant order context to help prepare or send responses as you direct. Available connection methods and permissions depend on your email provider.
