Scope
Copper Pine Digital Holdings LLC operates this website and owns OrderHound. This notice covers this informational website and the email-related features of OrderHound, a Windows desktop application.
The OrderHound sections apply to connected email accounts regardless of provider. Additional Google-specific information appears below. This notice does not describe data practices for future games or other unreleased products; those products will need their own applicable disclosures.
This website
You can read this website without creating an account. We have not added advertising scripts, analytics scripts, contact forms, or application sign-in to these pages.
To deliver the website, hosting infrastructure receives standard connection information, such as your IP address, browser request information, and the page requested. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, and use that correspondence to respond to your request.
OrderHound email features
You choose whether to connect an email account. The purpose of the connection is to read incoming email and prepare or send outgoing responses as you direct.
For those features, OrderHound processes connected-account information, authorization credentials or tokens, message details such as sender, recipient, subject and body, and relevant order context. Messages and generated responses may contain personal or business information. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use.
Connected-email information is used for these user-directed email features. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
AI processing and sharing
OrderHound supports local AI and optional external AI providers configured by the user. When local processing is selected, AI processing can run on your device. Processing is not always local.
When external AI is enabled for a workflow, message content and relevant order context may be sent to the provider you configure to prepare a response. Sending personally identifying information to external AI requires enabling the setting that permits it. Review the destination provider and its data handling before enabling this option.
External services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Configure and use external providers only for the email assistance you request, with data-use settings consistent with this notice and your email provider's requirements. Connected-email data must not be provided for advertising, sale, or general-purpose model training.
Your email provider processes connected mailbox access and outgoing messages. When you direct a response to be sent, the response and its recipients are transmitted through the configured email service.
Storage, disconnection, and deletion
OrderHound stores account authorization tokens in Windows Credential Manager. Support messages, tasks, and related application records can be stored on your device. Token protection does not mean every local application file is encrypted.
Disconnecting a linked account removes its connection metadata, function assignments, and stored credentials or tokens from OrderHound. Disconnecting does not automatically erase previously stored support messages, tasks, backups, or audit records.
Local records and backups may remain until separately removed. Revoking a provider connection also does not erase data already stored locally or already sent to an external provider. Uninstalling OrderHound may preserve local data unless you choose its data-removal option. Custom storage locations and separate backups need to be handled separately. For help locating and removing local records and backups, contact OrderHound support. Requests concerning information held by an external provider should also be made through that provider's controls.
You can stop future connected access by disconnecting the account in OrderHound and revoking the application's authorization in your email provider's account settings. For Google accounts, review your third-party connections.
Additional information for Google connections
Google sign-in opens Google's authorization page in your system browser. OrderHound does not receive your Google password. If you authorize access, Google issues tokens used by OrderHound to connect to Gmail.
OrderHound uses connected Google email data only to read incoming email and prepare or send outgoing responses as you direct. These email features do not use your data for any other purpose.
OrderHound's use and transfer of information received from Google services will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace Limited Use requirements. This includes restricting use to the disclosed email features and prohibiting sale, advertising use, or generalized AI model training with that data.
Google's policies also restrict human access to connected-email data. Such access must be limited to a permitted reason, such as your specific consent for support, a necessary security investigation, or a legal requirement.
